This policy describes how ReconCore collects, uses, and retains information when you use our reconciliation platform.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided at sign-in.
• Billing information: subscription status and payment records processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Job metadata: timestamps, match configuration, and aggregate result summaries. We do not persist full row-level reconciliation data beyond the processing window.
• Sales inquiries: email and organization name submitted via our contact form.
• Uploaded files: temporarily stored to perform reconciliation and deleted within 24 hours.

Subprocessors

We engage industry-standard infrastructure providers, including Fly.io, Neon, Upstash, Cloudflare R2, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and Google (OAuth). Each processes data solely to deliver the service.

Your rights

You may request deletion of account metadata by contacting us. Reconciliation files are purged automatically; a separate deletion request is not required for uploaded workbooks.
