Subscription terms

• ReconCore Pro is billed at $100 per month through Stripe.
• No trial period. A paid subscription is required before running reconciliations.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata adjustments.

Acceptable use

You may upload financial workbooks that you are authorized to process. You must not upload malicious content, unlawfully obtained data, or material that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate rate limits or threaten platform stability.

Service availability

ReconCore is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Refer to our Security page for data handling practices.

Limitation of liability

Reconciliation output is a decision-support deliverable. You remain solely responsible for validating results before audit, regulatory filing, or any material financial decision.
